PureNOx Series
Die PureNOx-Serie ist Alfa Lavals spezialisierter Separator für die Aufbereitung von EGR-Wasser (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) auf Schiffen mit Tier-III-konformen 2-Takt-Motoren. Die Trennung von Ruß, Ölrückständen und saurem Kondensat aus dem EGR-Kreislauf ist für den zuverlässigen Betrieb der EGR-Anlage essentiell. Eingeführt 2016 zusammen mit MAN B&W Tier-III-EGR-Systemen. Spezialprodukt ohne direkte Konkurrenz — Alfa Laval hat hier faktisch ein Monopol.

Bowl overhaul every 4,000-6,000 hrs. EGR water pH monitoring critical (maintain >6.5). NaOH dosing system calibration monthly. Sludge tank capacity check daily.
