LOPX Series
Die LOPX-Serie war das Clarifier-Pendant zur FOPX-Purifier-Serie für Lube-Oil-Anwendungen auf großen Seeschiffen. Einphasen-Betrieb (kein Wasserinterface) für die kontinuierliche Reinigung des Systemöls von 2-Takt-Hauptmaschinen. Produktion eingestellt ca. 2008, Nachfolger ist die ALCAP S-Serie. Auf älteren VLCCs und großen Containerschiffen noch im Einsatz.

- ● Sludge port blockage from heavy LO contamination in 2-stroke systems
- ● Bowl vibration after long intervals without overhaul (>8,000 hrs)
- ● Operating water system failure causing incomplete bowl closure
🔍 Service & Wartung
Bowl overhaul every 6,000-8,000 hrs. Clarifier mode — no gravity disc. Back-pressure monitoring critical. System oil sample analysis monthly.
