Kelvion NX 50 Series — Heat Exchangers. It is normally installed in an engine-room cooling, heating or heat-recovery circuit according to the vessel piping arrangement. Its primary purpose is to transfer heat between two fluid circuits through a compact plate pack while keeping the media separated. Compared with shell-and-tube equipment, a gasketed plate exchanger offers compact heat-transfer area and can normally be opened for cleaning, gasket replacement and plate inspection.
