The KEPCO KCB 1t/7bar is a composite marine boiler. It is normally installed in the engine room connected to both a burner fuel system and an engine exhaust path. It is designed for steam production from exhaust heat at sea and from fuel firing when needed. In operation, integrated fired and exhaust-gas heating sections serve a common steam/water system.
