Blauungsabdruck unter Nulllast + Vollkrafttest durchführen. Sollte gleichmässige Kontaktfläche in mittlerem Drittel der Zahnbreite zeigen. Asymmetrie/Kantenkontakt = Ausrichtungsfehler. Verschleisspuren (SAP-Region, Fussrundung) dokumentieren.

Caliper at shaft ends (measure axial play). Check radial play with dial gauge. Wear limit: <0.5 mm for standard gearboxes. Play drift = bearing damage/imbalance. Perform endoscope inspection of all bearing points.

Take oil sample before operation and after 250 operating hours. Laboratory: viscosity (ISO 40/46), TAN (Total Acid Number), ferrous particle content, wear metals (Fe/Cu/Sn). Wear limits: TAN <1.5, particle count <150. Monitor trends (oil degradation, contamination).

Lamellar wear optical (endoscope): <0.5 mm lining wear acceptable. Check shift behavior: response time, sliding noise (squealing=friction lining wear). Hydraulic pressure (if present) within setpoint. Replace wear lamellae if >1 mm wear.

Dial indicator at shaft journal: run-out tolerance <0.3 mm (axial). Check during operation at normal temperature. Eccentricity >0.5 mm indicates housing deformation or foundation settlement. Document thermal expansion (oil temp +50°C = +0.2–0.4 mm compensation).

Vibration sensor on housing: measurement at idle + 50%/75%/100% load. Wear limit: <4.5 mm/s (ISO 10816-3). Noise emission baseline at commissioning. Increase >3 dB(A) or periodic vibration peaks = tooth pitting or bearing damage.
