Inspection checklist

Safety

• Any field penetration or modification to an A-class division must be fire-stopped using an approved method or the division rating is compromised - this is a common and serious survey/PSC finding
• Mineral wool or insulation dust requires PPE per the safety data sheet during repair work
• Do not use unapproved sealants or coatings that add fuel load to the division
