The Alfa Laval S.p.A. Aalborg-XS-TC7 is a marine exhaust gas boiler in the Aalborg XS product family. It is installed in the exhaust-gas stream of a diesel engine to recover heat and transfer it into the vessel's boiler-water and steam system. The recovered energy can reduce the amount of fuel that would otherwise be burned in an auxiliary boiler while the engine is operating.
