High Velocity Vent Valve · PV Valves & Vent Systems
Engineers and operators on board vessels rely on reliable pressure and vacuum relief valves to ensure the safe operation of various systems. The Fort Vale REL202 is a 82.5mm Flanged Hyper Maxi Relief Valve designed specifically for pressure-only applications. This valve features a DN80 tank connection with 4 slots equi-spaced on a 145.0/152.4 min/max PCD. It incorporates a ¼” BSP gauge connection and is available with set pressures ranging from 0.15 Bar to 5.15 Bar. Constructed with 316 stainless steel contact parts and a Fortyt pressure O ring, the REL202 is designed to withstand demanding conditions. Weighing 5.8 Kg, it has a design pressure (MAWP) of 5.2 Bar and a test pressure of 10.2 Bar. Operating within a temperature range of -55°C to 200°C, the valve is approved by Lloyds Register of Shipping for settings of ≥ 1.7 Bar. The REL202's design incorporates various components, including a stainless steel plug, cap, anti-tamper screw, pressure spring, pressure plate, and body.
