- Trend blower vibration and bearing temperature
- Inspect ductwork and scrubber shell for corrosion, with spot wall-thickness checks in known wear areas
- Test the high-O2 alarm and automatic shutdown/isolation sequence
- Confirm remote/mimic panel readings match local instruments
- Check deck seal water supply pump changeover and low-level alarm
