Plate scaling and corrosion (calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, calcium sulfate deposits)

Hygiene and biofilm formation in pipelines/tank (legionella risk, microbial contamination during storage)

Every 3 months check tank water quality (microbial count); perform monthly CIP cleaning (cleaning-in-place), flush pipelines with biocide/chlorine, check tank cover for light ingress/contamination, maintain freshwater temperature ≥55°C to prevent legionella proliferation
