The JRC JLR-7800 is a marine GPS/DGPS receiver. It is normally installed on the bridge with satellite and correction-source interfaces. It is designed for positioning with differential correction capability where supported. The operating principle relies on satellite navigation combined with a differential correction source. Compared with neighbouring models, the relevant differences are correction method, constellations, antenna arrangement and data interfaces; these must be confirmed from the installed documentation rather than inferred from the model designation alone.
