4CHL-TN
The 4CHL-TN is a vertical, water-cooled 4-stroke in-line 4-cylinder marine diesel engine (bore x stroke 105x125mm) used in Yanmar generator sets. At 1800 min-1 it delivers a continuous rated output of 45.6kW (62PS), supporting a generator capacity of 40(50)kWe(kVA). Dry engine weight is 520kg and total generator set weight is 1040kg; the TNA variant is turbocharged and aftercooled, and its continuous load operation is limited to 80% or below of rated power, with 100% load restricted to within 2 hours per 12 hours.
