The 4127A Series™ internal gear pump operates by using two intermeshing gears to transfer fluid without significant slip or leakage, ensuring efficient operation. This design allows for handling a wide range of liquids including acids and caustics, water-based substances, and more. Crafted from all stainless steel components, the 4127A Series™ resists corrosion over an extensive pH range, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications such as asphalt processing or biopharmaceutical production. With capacities up to 320 GPM (73 m³/h) and viscosities between 28 and 2,000,000 SSU (1 to 440,000 cSt), the series can operate under pressures of 150 PSI (10 Bar) across temperatures from -120°F (-85°C) to +500°F (+260°C). Multiple drive options and sealing configurations ensure robust performance in various settings.
