DESMI ROTAN PD Series
DESMI DESMI ROTAN PD Series is a positive-displacement marine gear pump. It is normally installed in fuel, lubricating-oil, hydraulic or transfer systems where controlled flow of relatively viscous liquid is required. Its primary purpose is to move liquid by trapping and carrying fluid between rotating gear teeth and the pump casing. Compared with centrifugal pumps, a gear pump develops flow largely in proportion to speed and requires dependable relief protection against a blocked discharge.
