Freshwater Generator / Watermaker · Freshwater Generators
Spectra Watermakers Newport 1T — Freshwater Generators. As a Watermaker, it is normally installed in the engine room or utility treatment space with seawater, freshwater, sewage or potable-water connections according to the listed service. In that role, its primary purpose is to produce, disinfect, pressurize or treat water for domestic, technical or environmental shipboard use. Watermakers, evaporators, UV units, sewage plants, chlorinators and hydrophore equipment use different treatment principles, so process settings and consumables remain model-specific. For exact ratings, dimensions, settings, capacities, materials and variant-specific limits, refer to the manufacturer documentation for the exact figure.
