Lead-Acid Battery Bank · Battery & UPS Systems
The SAFT AB SPL + is a lead-acid battery bank certified by DNV as a battery (accumulator) under electrical equipment and systems. It is normally installed in a battery room or protected electrical space and supplies stored DC energy to emergency, control and standby loads when the main supply is lost. Lead-acid banks of this kind are usually charged from a battery charger and monitored for voltage and electrolyte condition.
