Inspection checklist
- Confirm the frame model and A60/A0 marking is legible and matches the approved drawing
- Check that every cable way is filled with either a live cable or an approved blank insert - no open ways
- Verify compression bolts are torqued to the value on the manufacturer's installation sheet
- Inspect the sealing face for visible gaps, cracks or missing sealant beads
- Check frame welds and mounting to the bulkhead/deck for corrosion or mechanical damage
- Verify the earthing/bonding strap from frame to hull structure is intact
- Confirm no cables have been added since the last certified installation without updating the cable schedule
- Check the transit is not obstructed by later-fitted lagging, cable trays or outfitting
