INERGEN Inert Gas System

INERGEN (IG-541) ist ein Inertgas-Löschmittel aus einer Mischung von Stickstoff, Argon und CO2. Im Gegensatz zu FM-200 hat INERGEN kein Treibhauspotential (GWP 0) und ist zukunftssicher. Nachteil: deutlich mehr Zylinderplatz erforderlich als bei FM-200 oder CO2. Zunehmend als Maschinenraum-Löschung auf Neubauten spezifiziert, wenn Platzverhältnisse es erlauben.
