Hanbell Precise Machinery is a Taiwanese screw compressor manufacturer from Taoyuan, founded 1994. The RC2 Marine Screw Series is used as a cost-effective alternative to Bitzer and Sabroe on Asian newbuilds. Increasingly specified on Chinese and Korean ships for AC systems and provisions cooling. Priced 30-50% below European manufacturers, quality has improved significantly since 2015.
