PrimeLINE / NaturaLINE Series

Carrier Transicold is the world's largest manufacturer of reefer container cooling units with approximately 40% market share. The PrimeLINE is the current HFC-based standard unit; the NaturaLINE uses CO2 (R744) as natural refrigerant and is the most sustainable option on the market. MSC, Maersk and CMA CGM increasingly rely on NaturaLINE for their new container orders. The cooling units are integrated into the containers and not part of the ship's system — the ship only provides power.
