Circuit Breaker · Electrical Components & Switchgear
The OUVT-X3 Over/under Voltage Release, designed to enhance circuit breaker reliability, ensures protection against both overvoltage and undervoltage conditions. This release can be seamlessly integrated with Chint’s NXB-125 series circuit breakers, as demonstrated in the assembly diagram provided. It offers precise tripping characteristics: when voltage drops below 35% of its rated operation value or rises to between 95% and 105% of the overvoltage setting (280V), the release activates the circuit breaker. For undervoltage, if supply voltage falls below 85% of the rated operation voltage, it prevents closing. The mechanical and electrical life is robust, lasting through 4000 cycles combined, with specific trip cycles for over- and under-voltage settings. Measuring just 0.06 kg and fitting securely onto a TH35-7.5 steel mounting rail, the OUVT-X3 ensures consistent performance in various environments, making it a reliable choice for safeguarding electrical systems.
