MSB7000S Lattice Boom Crane

Active Heave Compensation (AHC) technology is a crucial feature that enables the MSB7000S Lattice Boom Crane to operate safely and efficiently in harsh offshore environments. Designed by National Oilwell Varco, this crane is capable of handling lifting capacities up to 900 metric tons on the surface and 600 metric tons subsea. The MSB7000S features a 50-meter boom length and an overturning moment of 203,100 kNm, making it well-suited for deepwater installations. Its electric main drive system provides a peak power of 4400 kW, ensuring robust performance. The crane can be adapted to various vessel sizes, offering increased operational flexibility. With a high compensation grade, the MSB7000S reduces dynamic forces on both the vessel and the load, thereby minimizing hazards to the lifted equipment and the laydown area. Operating within a temperature range of -20°C to +45°C, the MSB7000S is designed to withstand extreme conditions, ensuring reliable and safe operations in any maritime setting.
