This state-of-the-art oily water separator incorporates a coalescer that excels in treating high-specific gravity, high-viscosity oils, as well as emulsions containing surface active agents or suspended solids—challenges that conventional coalescers often fail to address. The USH-01 is equipped with an exclusive pump-motor system, ensuring it can be installed in limited spaces without compromising functionality. It features automatic oil and air venting mechanisms, a pressure gauge, and a constant flow valve, all designed to enhance operational ease and reliability. Accredited for type approval by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and in accordance with the EC Marine Equipment Directive, the USH-01 meets IMO MEPC.107(49) standards and is suitable for ships up to 340 G/T.
