Filter inspection and replacement: Check and replace panel and bag filters (typically G4/F7/F9 classes) at scheduled intervals; inspect filter differential pressure indicators or gauges.

Heat recovery unit check: Inspect thermal wheel (rotor) for fouling, seal wear, and correct rotation; check plate heat exchanger for blockage; verify run-around coil fluid levels and pump function.

Fan and motor inspection: Check EC fan impeller for damage, vibration, and correct blade clearance; inspect motor bearings and electrical connections; verify SFP (Specific Fan Power) within design limits.

Coil inspection (heating and cooling): Check water/refrigerant coils for corrosion, fouling, or leakage; flush or clean fins; verify flow rates and pressures; inspect condensate drain pans and trap seals for biological growth.

Casing and door seals: Inspect stainless steel casing panels for corrosion, dents, and sealant integrity; check access door gaskets and latches; verify drain connections are unobstructed.

Damper and actuator function: Test motorised supply, return, and bypass dampers for full travel and airtight closure; inspect blade seals and linkage for corrosion or wear.

Electrical and control system check: Verify integrated controls (iCON/ISYteq), sensor calibration (temperature, humidity, CO2, pressure differential), safety cut-outs, and alarm functions.

Corrosion and marine environment protection: Inspect unit internals and externals for salt corrosion damage; check protective coatings on steel components; verify ATEX compliance where applicable in hazardous zones.
