Filter inspection and replacement: check condition, differential pressure, and cleanliness of all filter stages (pre-filter and fine filter) at scheduled intervals.

Coil inspection: inspect heating and cooling coils for fouling, corrosion, and fin damage; clean with approved non-corrosive agents and verify heat transfer performance.

Fan and motor check: inspect fan blades for corrosion, imbalance, and fouling; verify belt tension or direct-drive coupling condition; check motor bearings, lubrication, and insulation resistance.

Vibration isolator and flexible connection inspection: check anti-vibration mounts and flexible duct connections for cracks, deterioration, or mechanical loosening.

Drain pan and condensate system: clean drain pan and verify free drainage; inspect condensate trap and pipework for blockages, biological growth, and corrosion.

Casing and insulation integrity: check double-skin panels, access doors, and gaskets for damage, air leakage, and thermal bridging; inspect interior insulation for delamination or moisture ingress.

Controls and actuators: verify operation of all damper actuators, control valves, and sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure differential); check calibration and wiring integrity.

Enthalpy/heat recovery module: inspect rotary wheel or plate heat exchanger for cleanliness, seal condition, and drive mechanism; verify bypass damper operation.
