Verify scroll differential speed (RS) settings match operational requirements. Monitor scroll torque continuously via Centrifuge Control Panel (CCP) to prevent clogging. Check separate motor and gear reducer operation (Cyclo/Redex) for smooth relative speed maintenance.

Inspect ceramic lining for abrasion wear, particularly in high-load zone. Assess bowl and scroll material condition (stainless steel, duplex, or super duplex). Monitor residual moisture and sludge compaction performance. Check for corrosive environment effects per material specification.

For A/D series: verify low-vibration operation and clarification rate via centrate condition monitoring (ARGOS optical system). For F-series: confirm CIP system integrity and nozzle cleanliness. Monitor feed turbulence and sludge thickening performance via automated process data integration.

Inspect motor power consumption and gearbox oil level/condition regularly. Verify Metris addIQ control system responsiveness and HMI panel function. Check all electrical connections for corrosion. Monitor lubrication system (Speedy Grease system or circulating oil) pressure and distribution to all bearing points.
