Monitor vibration levels (using accelerometers or sensors), check bearing temperature and lubrication status, inspect bearing seals for contamination. Excessive vibration may indicate imbalance, bearing wear, or internal component damage.

Visual inspection for erosion/corrosion patterns on the scroll tip and bowl interior. Check clearance between scroll and bowl. Inspect for wear in the sedimentation zone. Replace worn components per Flottweg specifications to maintain separation efficiency.

Verify all bearing lubrication systems are functioning (automated or manual systems). Check seals for leakage of lubricant or product ingress. Inspect oil levels and quality. Monitor seal temperature. Replace sealing elements at recommended intervals.

For separators: inspect belt tension, alignment, and wear. Check for belt slippage or fraying. Verify belt-driven spindle operation. Inspect coupling condition and alignment between motor and gearbox.

Test InGo control interface responsiveness and display accuracy. Verify all sensors (temperature, vibration, speed) are operational and reading correctly. Check electrical connections for corrosion. Verify emergency stop functionality and safety interlocks are active.
