This detector can be used in all areas where photoelectric smoke detection is necessary and is well-suited for fires ranging from smoldering to flaming types due to its wide range smoke chamber. It is compatible with a variety of bases such as the NS-4 Series, NS-6 Series, HSC-4R, and HSC-xxx R, allowing for easy integration with other Hochiki devices like the SIJ-24 ionization detector and the SLR-24V photoelectric detector. The SLR-24H features a low profile design at 2.2 inches high, making it suitable for spaces with limited ceiling height. It includes a 135°F fixed temperature heat sensor and is equipped with RF/Transient protection to ensure stable operation. The detector has built-in power/sensitivity supervision/alarm LED indicators and a vandal-resistant security locking feature. Additionally, it supports automatic sensitivity window verification, meeting the NFPA 72 requirements for inspection, testing, and maintenance.
