Autronica’s BD-501/N is designed with an interactive head that includes SelfVerify functionality, tested automatically every 24 hours by a calibrated system. This robust device features a complete housing and additional PCB coating for use in harsh environments such as heavy industry, maritime, and offshore areas. It comes in Ex ic version to comply with zone 2 hazardous area standards and must be connected to an approved loop driver for zone 2 operation. The BD-501/N supports various certifications including ANPI, LMP, CCS, DNV GL, USCG, and others, making it suitable for stringent maritime applications.
