Verify 15ppm oil monitor calibration certificate and date of last calibration check (not exceeding 5 years from commissioning or manufacturer-specified interval). Inspect seal integrity on monitor access points. Confirm monitor cannot be accessed for cleaning or zeroing without breaking seal. Test alarm response with clean water to verify activation.

System bypass or incomplete separation during operation
