The Azcue KL Progressive Cavity Pump is a robust solution built to manage harsh pumping conditions, especially in marine applications. With a maximum flow rate of 560 cubic meters per hour and a maximum head of 480 meters, it can handle fluids up to a viscosity of 200,000 cP and solids as large as 150mm. Its low internal velocity design ensures the efficient transfer of shear-sensitive materials without damage. The pump features a bearing bracket that decouples the motor from the pump shaft, enhancing its suitability for continuous operation while preventing water intrusion into the motor in case of seal failure. Available in cast iron or stainless steel, this pump can be electrically or hydraulically driven and is ideal for marine uses such as bilge water transfer, cargo fuel pumping, sewage handling, and food waste management.
