Totally Enclosed Lifeboat (TELB) · Lifeboats
Jiangyin Neptune Totally Enclosed Lifeboat 25P Diesel Outboard-C is listed as a Totally Enclosed Lifeboat (TELB) within the Lifeboats category. It is typically installed at assigned embarkation or launching stations on open deck, with securing, release and launching arrangements matched to the appliance type. Its engineering role is to provide abandonment, rescue or personal-survival capability when the vessel cannot remain safely occupied. The complete model designation should be retained when matching drawings, certificates, service information and spare parts because neighboring variants may differ in configuration even when they share the same equipment family. The exact shipboard arrangement and interfaces remain installation-specific and should be checked against the vessel’s approved drawings and equipment documentation. Where an operating value, tolerance, wear limit or setting is not explicitly stated in the source data, refer to the manufacturer documentation for the exact figure.
What our service work and the manufacturer documentation say about keeping this model running.
Inspect stowage, securing, release arrangements, access, markings and the physical condition of the appliance and its emergency equipment. Confirm service dates and certificates match the vessel’s safety records. Any load, pressure, inflation or replacement limits must be taken from approved maker documentation and statutory service instructions.
Carry only approved onboard-replaceable items such as lights, batteries, lashings, seals and designated survival-equipment consumables; major life-saving appliance servicing is normally handled by authorized service facilities.
