SART20 AIS
The Jotron SART20 AIS is an AIS search-and-rescue transmitter. It is normally installed with survival craft or GMDSS equipment for emergency deployment. It is designed for localization of survival craft/persons by creating an AIS search-and-rescue target. The operating principle relies on transmission of AIS position/identity messages for display on compatible receivers.
