NASA Target 3
The NASA Marine NASA Target 3 is a NAVTEX receiver. It is normally installed on the bridge or GMDSS console with a dedicated receiving antenna. It is designed for automatic reception of navigational, meteorological and other maritime safety broadcasts. The operating principle relies on reception and filtering of scheduled coastal NAVTEX text broadcasts.
