Commercial Oven / Combi Steamer · Galley & Domestic
MKN Marine SpaceCombi 20GN gas is a commercial marine oven or combi steamer. It is normally installed in the ship's galley or catering area with the required electrical, ventilation, drainage or steam connections for the installed design. Its purpose is to cook or regenerate food using the heating and moisture-control functions provided by the installed model. The existing database record states 15 kW. Marine versions require secure installation and controls suitable for frequent use, ship motion and the vessel's galley safety arrangements. The exact model designation identifies appliance capacity, heating method and control package; these details must be confirmed from the manufacturer documentation.
What our service work and the manufacturer documentation say about keeping this model running.
Keep heating surfaces, drains, ventilation paths and accessible seals clean. Inspect electrical terminals, controls, door mechanisms and safety interlocks for heat damage or looseness. Verify temperature control with the vessel's approved maintenance method and investigate repeated overheating or breaker trips. Check secure fastening to the galley structure and inspect flexible service connections where fitted. Use cleaning chemicals compatible with stainless steel, seals and heating components. Refer to the manufacturer documentation for exact electrical ratings, calibration procedures and service limits.
Keep door or lid seals, thermostats or temperature sensors, selected heating elements, fuses, lamps, switches and manufacturer-recommended control parts appropriate to the model. High-use passenger vessels may justify additional wear components. Verify all electrical parts against the appliance nameplate.
