With approved planning for offshore wind manufacture and assembly, an extensive laydown area spanning 45Ha, 160m diameter dry dock and an onsite quarry with concrete batching, KPL accommodates renewables, oil & gas, decommissioning and aquaculture sectors. As part of the KPL masterplan, we have secured planning permission for a 100m extension to the dry dock, allowing vessels up to 260m to be accommodated, the reclamation of foreshore ground, providing over 20Ha of laydown and hardstanding working area for floati
