Schwerpunkt: Components for heavy duty engines, compressors, pumps Since more than 25 years the machining of complex steel, cast or forged components up to 1500 kg weight is one of the core competences of IQM. The production with state of the art multiaxis machines is located in the industrial heart of Italy near to Bologna. The components are manufactured based on castings, forgings or steel provided by our customers or which can be sourced for you on world-wide base in the sense of “Easy to buy from”. Special processes like e.g. shot-peening, serrating, pressure testing or heat-treatment are part of our core competence. “Ready to fit”: We are prepared to assemble your components to the stage you like and make it easy for installation on your machines. The product range for the Marine-, Energy- and Oil & Gas industry includes connecting rods, cylinder heads, pump blocks or compressor housings, which are in world-wide reliable operation, on sea, off and onshore. IQM is your competent partner for complex machined castings or forgings.
