The Walsin Lihwa MPYCY series (MPYCY, MPYCYSLA, MPYCY-S and the FA- variants) are 0.6/1 kV low voltage marine power cables carrying DNV approval. They are installed on cable trays and through bulkhead and deck penetrations between switchboards, distribution panels and consumers such as motors, pumps and lighting. Their purpose is to carry power for shipboard distribution circuits, and the different suffixes denote construction variants that must be matched to the approved cable schedule.
