Fast Rescue Boat (FRB)
Palfinger Marine/Harding Fast Rescue Boats (FRB) are standard on offshore platforms, FPSOs and modern merchant ships. FRBs must reach at least 8 knots and be able to operate in sea states up to 6 m wave height. SOLAS requires a rescue boat on every ship. On offshore units, an additional Fast Rescue Craft (FRC) with 20+ knots is required.
