Inspect and clean evaporator and chilled-water coils for fouling, corrosion (especially salt-air pitting), and fin damage; check coil connections for leaks

Check and replace air filters (G4/M5/F7/F9 or HEPA) according to differential-pressure indicators; record filter condition log

Inspect drain pans and condensate drain lines for blockage, standing water, algae, and corrosion; verify positive drainage under simulated pitch and roll conditions

Check fan belts and pulleys for wear, tension, alignment and cracking; verify bearing lubrication and vibration levels

Inspect casing panels, thermal insulation, and door seals for physical damage, delamination, moisture ingress, and fire-rated seal integrity (M0/A1 class)

Verify and calibrate control components: actuators, motorised dampers (fresh air, recirculation, bypass), servomotors, and associated sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure)

Check fan motor electrical connections, motor insulation resistance (megger test), and current draw against nameplate values; inspect Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or EC motor controls

Verify compliance with marine classification society requirements (e.g., DNV, Lloyd's, BV); check corrosion-protection coatings on structural base frame, fasteners, and drain pan stainless steel condition
