Self-Contained Units HHC (CSW / CST / CSG / CS / CSA)

Filter inspection and cleaning/replacement: check filter mats (e.g. P15/500) for clogging and differential pressure drop across filter section

Coil inspection: check heating and cooling coils for fouling, corrosion, and fin damage; verify water/refrigerant connections for leaks

Fan and motor check: inspect centrifugal fan blades for corrosion and mechanical wear, check belt tension or direct-drive coupling, verify vibration isolators and flexible connections

Drain pan and condensate drainage: inspect and clean condensate drain pan and drain lines to prevent microbial growth and blockage

Damper and valve function: verify operation of fresh-air, return-air, and mixing dampers; check actuators and regulating valves for correct positioning

Electrical and controls inspection: check control starter panel, thermostats, hygrostats, solenoid valves, and safety interlocks; verify motor insulation class IP54 rating integrity

Refrigerant circuit check (for Package Units HH-PU): verify refrigerant charge (R-407C/R-134a), compressor oil level, condenser and evaporator condition, and check for leaks

Casing and insulation integrity: inspect unit casing (EN 1886 compliant) for corrosion from salt air, check door seals and access panels, verify thermal insulation (T2/TB2) is intact
