Sea-water strainer and heat exchanger: inspect for marine fouling, corrosion, and blockage; clean titanium or cupro-nickel condenser surfaces at each service interval

Refrigerant circuit: check operating pressures and temperatures, inspect for leaks at flare fittings and brazed joints, verify refrigerant charge (R32 or R410A)

Chilled-water circuit: verify flow rate and pressure drop, check pump operation, inspect for air locks, test glycol concentration (freeze/corrosion protection)

Compressor and electrical: inspect inverter drive, check running current against nameplate, verify soft-start or variable-speed control board, inspect wiring and terminals for corrosion

Condensate drainage: clean condensate pans and drain lines on air handlers (A-Series / F-Series); test Instant Drain system if fitted

Filter inspection: replace G3 or F7 air filters in FreshAir units; clean evaporator coil fins as needed

Vibration isolation and mountings: check anti-vibration mounts, hose connections, and flexible pipe couplings for wear or deterioration

Controls and safety devices: test high/low pressure cut-outs, water-flow switches, and thermostatic controls; update firmware on BlueCool MyTouch / BlueCool Connect gateway if applicable
