CO₂ Fixed System (Engine Room + Cargo) · Fire Fighting
Kidde Marine / Carrier Kidde Marine CO2 HP 60bar 1000kg-B is a CO2 Fixed Fire System within the Fixed Fire Suppression category. It is typically installed in protected machinery, cargo or accommodation zones together with a dedicated agent, pump, valve and release arrangement as applicable. Its engineering role is to suppress or control a shipboard fire by distributing the specified extinguishing medium through an approved fixed system. The complete model designation should be retained when matching drawings, certificates, service information and spare parts because neighboring variants may differ in configuration even when they share the same equipment family. The exact shipboard arrangement and interfaces remain installation-specific and should be checked against the vessel’s approved drawings and equipment documentation.
