ECDIS E5024i
Tokyo Keiki ECDIS E5024i is a marine navigation radar. It is normally installed on the bridge with a scanner or antenna above deck and processor, display and control equipment in the navigation console. Its primary purpose is to detect and track vessels, coastline, navigation marks and weather returns for collision avoidance and navigation. Unlike AIS, radar detects reflecting targets independently and therefore remains useful even when another vessel transmits no identity data.
